Battle Tendency is the second part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The official Last Survivor YouTube channel announced Caesar Zeppeli in a live stream on November 23, 2024, during the “SOLO SURVIVOR CHAMPIONSHIP 2024”. The update that will make him playable releases later on December 4, 2024. Before Caesar, Joseph Joestar joined the roster on September 4, 2024.
Moveset
Caeesar’s attack is “Bubble Launcher”, where he launches his soap bubbles as projectiles charged with the Ripple, at high speed. When a soap bubble lands, it explodes and creates a blast wave.
As a Ripple type character, Caesar can charge his Ripple energy with the skill “Ripple Breathing”. By pressing the L2 button at the right time, Caesar adjusts his breathing to create the Ripple. If the button is released within the yellow range, the amount the unique Ripple gauge rises will increase. Caesar glows with an aura when the gauge is full. When this aura is active, his movement speed and attack power will increase.
His skill, “Bubble Cutter”, creates three disc-shaped soap bubbles around his body and fires them. By holding down the button and aiming near an enemy, you can lock on to them. The Bubble Cutter will track the locked-on enemy. He can also lock on to multiple enemies and attack them all at once. Lock-on will be released when the enemy is no longer visible.
His passive skill is “Zeppeli Spirit”. In pair battles, when Caesar becomes incapacitated while his ally is still alive, this ability activates. His soul chip becomes sealed within a red bubble and entrusted to his ally. If an ally touches it, it will break and a soul chip will appear. If an enemy touches it, it will not break and they will take damage instead.
His ultimate skill is “Bubble Lens”. Using the bubbles as lenses, light is focused onto a single point.
The impact site causes area damage, and it can deal damage even through obstacles.

Challenge Events
The “Caesar’s Lonely Youth” challenge event will be held from December 4, 2024 to January 21, 2025. It includes an orange outfit for Caesar Zeppeli.
After that, is the “D’Arby the Player” challenge event with brown outfits for Jotaro and Kakyoin. Details will be announced in mid-January 2025.
