The creator of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Hirohiko Araki, collaborated with Sapporo Breweries to draw new art for their Yebisu Beer product.
Sapporo Breweries will release their “Yebisu Beer Hirohiko Araki Special Edition Design Can” (ヱビスビール荒木飛呂彦描き下ろしデザイン缶) in limited quantities nationwide in Japan starting on February 12, 2025. Araki’s artwork featured on the packaging modernizes the classic poster designs of “beautiful women” used to advertise Yebisu Beer since the Meiji Era in the early 1900s. The brand’s slogan is “The world can change because we’re having fun.”
