The Met Gala event took place on May 5, 2025. It is a fundraising festival held for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in Manhattan, often regarded as among the world’s most prestigious and glamorous fashion events. The theme this year was “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.”
