The American shoe company Converse collaborated with the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series once again. Converse designed their new Chuck Taylor All-Star shoes in the image of Jolyne Cujoh, the protagonist of the current anime season, Stone Ocean.
The ankle patch part is designed based on Jolyne’s star-shaped birthmark. The upper part is designed based on the “JO” buckle on her pants, her butterfly and star symbols, and the spider web pattern of her clothes. Additionally, the product comes with an acrylic charm of a butterfly, Jolyne’s motif.
Pre-orders are being accepted starting today, January 28, 2022, on Premium Bandai’s website for Japanese customers. Reservations will last until February 20, 2022. The shoes are expected to ship in March 2023. They are unisex and cost ¥13,200, tax included.
