ABJ, which stands for “Authorized Books of Japan”, released a music video on March 8, 2023 in efforts to stop the piracy of manga in Japan. The association works to eradicate pirated manga and increase the number of people who read manga legally.
As part of their “Thank you, for your love of manga” (ありがとう、君の漫画愛。) campaign, Vaundy is the singer of the music video, which features a collaboration between several different manga including JoJo’s Bizarre AdventureJoJo's Bizarre AdventureJoJo's Bizarre Adventure, commonly shortened to JoJo, is an ongoing shonen and seinen manga written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki since December 1986. The story spans nine parts, each following a different protagonist from the Joestar bloodline, with new settings and eras introduced in every installment. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure was originally serialized.... The YouTube Channel named “STOP! Kaizokuban” (STOP! Piracy) uploaded the video.
From now until March 31, 2023, if you tweet the hashtag #今日も海賊版を読みませんでした (I Didn’t Read Any Bootlegs Today) along with mentioning @stopkaizokuban, a random manga panel featuring a character thanking you will be sent in reply.
