Hirohiko Araki’s New Year Greeting Card for 2024

Hirohiko Araki draws a New Year Greeting Card for 2024, featuring a dragon and the Lava Rock from The JOJOLands.

The year has become 2024 in Japan, and the official @araki_jojo account on Twitter has posted a New Year greeting card from Hirohiko Araki in celebration.

Araki’s New Year cards have been a tradition since the 90s, which he or his assistants send as postcards in response to fans who send him letters. Since 2013, he started drawing them with the animal that represents the year in the Chinese zodiac. His card for 2023 revealed the protagonist of the ninth part, The JOJOLands, Jodio Joestar.

Araki’s New Year 2024 Card and Message

2024 is the year of the dragon. Araki did not draw any character from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure this time, similar to 2022 which only featured a tiger. However, the Lava Rock from The JOJOLands is included.
